We took our grandson for his first shoe fitting She was patient and so gentle. Took the time to explain the needs for a baby’s first pair of shoes as well as the proper fitting. He has his first pair of real shoes now and will be dancing in no time ❤”

“This store is good, has variety to pick from. Also the staff there are friendly, one even direvted me to the changing room to feed my baby. It is not so crowded and easy to push pram around for those with younger babies. The changing room is quite specious. Also, the washroom is clean and there is a changing area for babies. Also if you are looking for discount they mostly have it. Otherwise check out the clearance section, usually there is variety for babies upto 24months”

“If you are looking for baby and toddler clothing and accessories this is the place for you. Keep in mind that this is a second hand store. The quality of the stock is good. The store can feel claustrophobic as it is jam packed with stuff. The store is clean and well lit. There is plenty of parking. The prices are reasonable. My wife and I did not buy anything but we may return as we know what’s available. Especially since we have a granddaughter now.”

“It is near the wedding dress shops, a bit hard to find as it is not at the golden location of the mall, if you take the elevator from homesense|winners to 2nd floor, you can directly find it. I like carter’s, they have really cute clothes suitable for my baby, you can always find a good promotion there, the shop is always neat and in order, easy to find what you need.”

“I absolutely love shopping at this Old Navy location! They always have such a great selection of stylish clothes at very affordable prices. Every time I visit, I end up finding something I love. The staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I especially want to recognize the store manager, Ana. She has the warmest smile and makes every customer feel welcome. She has gone above and beyond for me on two different occasions. The first time, she helped me order a pair of jeans online when my size wasn't available in the store. Another time, when I was looking for a T-shirt they didn't have in stock, she called another location and asked them to put one on hold for me. That level of customer service is truly exceptional. Thank you to Ana and the entire team for always making shopping such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this Old Navy location to everyone!”
