“Wow - my online order was pretty insignificant, just two bags of bath product that my daughter's heart was set on and was sold out everywhere in Calgary. I messed up and selected "pick up in store" on my order and of course, didn't notice until the confirmation. Quickly added it to my running to do list to email and figure out how to cancel the order.But before I got home, THEY CALLED ME to check and fix it! The product arrived two days later. Amazing.I am so blown away at this level of customer care, and over a very small transaction. I've told everyone I know in Edmonton and will check online for future purchases too.Thank you!”

“Came in to old navy looking for some polos and cargo pants, and had a young gentlemen come up to me. I think his name was Gurjot normally I don’t remember names but he helped me in everyone possible. He showed me all the polos and cargo pants they had. Made sure I knew where the fitting room was. Also always had a smile on his face. He also signed me up for the loyalty program they had. Which helped me earn points. He helped me in every way he could. “Best gap store in Edmonton hands down.I walked in here looking for jeans during Xmas holiday a lovely sales associate came up to me and ask me what size do I wear. she grabbed 3 pairs of jeans off the SALE rack. I tried them on & to my surprise I loved them all.There was another time with a difference associate I called in told her I was looking for low stride jeans. She said they don’t have nothing there, However she said they have some clearance ones online and I could order it - for only $20, so I went in to the store & did exactly that. I always have the best & pleasant experience here, they’re always striving to help and save you money. - keep up the great work!! :)”

The curation of brands and toys Ellen puts out is beautiful - the perfect place to get that special outfit or birthday present. My drink is the condensed milk latte, delicious every time! “If you are looking for baby and toddler clothing and accessories this is the place for you. Keep in mind that this is a second hand store. The quality of the stock is good. The store can feel claustrophobic as it is jam packed with stuff. The store is clean and well lit. There is plenty of parking. The prices are reasonable. My wife and I did not buy anything but we may return as we know what’s available. Especially since we have a granddaughter now.”

“My most favorite store ever for kids clothes. The quality is top notch, the clothing is super cute! Sized in my opinion a bit small, so possibly aim bigger if you have taller children. It has worked for all three of my kids this way. The pricing is good, specially when you come across a sale. We've been shopping here for years, and I prefer this store over any other for my kids.”

“It is near the wedding dress shops, a bit hard to find as it is not at the golden location of the mall, if you take the elevator from homesense|winners to 2nd floor, you can directly find it. I like carter’s, they have really cute clothes suitable for my baby, you can always find a good promotion there, the shop is always neat and in order, easy to find what you need.”

“Today was the start of the Black Friday sales and I just wanted to say that Akilah and Rachel were phenomenal! Sale items weren't scanning properly in the system (I get it, it happens unfortunately) and they were manually adjusting prices and scanning with handhelds to verify. They could have been stressed out and curt, but they were gracious and patient and so pleasant! Akilah specifically was my cashier (Rachel was my friends cashier and I was next in line with her until Akilah waved me over with a smile). Sometimes things are out of our control in retail, and I'm positive some people can be indignant to staff, but I just really felt the need to share that these girls were top notch and a total asset in your store! Thanks girls!”

“We just bought a Evenflow Revolve car seat and had some questions about properly adjusting the straps to fit our child. Rather than struggle or try to find youtube videos, I decided to drive back to the Southgpark Village Mall Toys R Us, where we bought it. I asked Gail for help in the store, and she happily came out to the parking lot to help. She made recommendations on what adjustments should be made to properly fit our child, and was knowledgeable. I am grateful for the wonderful service, Gail! This is what makes buying in store and locally, wherever possible.”

“I usually have good shopping experiences here, the 3 for 1 deal for the jeans is such a great deal! This store usually has really good sales. I bought a pair of jeans and when I got home I noticed a small rip in the back pocket, went to exchange them and it was so easy. Really no questions asked, I just had to show the receipt and was able to get a new pair, took maybe 1 minute to do which was nice.”
