“It is near the wedding dress shops, a bit hard to find as it is not at the golden location of the mall, if you take the elevator from homesense|winners to 2nd floor, you can directly find it. I like carter’s, they have really cute clothes suitable for my baby, you can always find a good promotion there, the shop is always neat and in order, easy to find what you need.”
“If you are looking for baby and toddler clothing and accessories this is the place for you. Keep in mind that this is a second hand store. The quality of the stock is good. The store can feel claustrophobic as it is jam packed with stuff. The store is clean and well lit. There is plenty of parking. The prices are reasonable. My wife and I did not buy anything but we may return as we know what’s available. Especially since we have a granddaughter now.”

“I visited this yesterday and was disappointed with the cashier's customer service. She seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and made no effort to engage with customers. Even a simple smile or greeting would have made a difference.
On the other hand, the red-haired employee was outstanding. She went above and beyond to help customers and provided excellent service. The cashier could learn a lot from her example. Giving 4 stars for her only..
Smiling at a customer is a basic principle of customer service. If u can't do that may be change your job. Don't ruin other's day.”
“I love this COK store. What distinguishes this store ither than the great layout,the vast variety of clothes and the good prices, is the exceptional customer service. Shantelle ,for example, always goes above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect matching outfits for my 3 nephews. I have been going to this store for many years now and ,with no fail, Shantelle has consistently went above and beyond to pick the perfect gifts for my beloved nephews. She checks online prices to match price ,she also asks me about what my nephews preferences. Shantelle is also alwats very friendly and cheerful. My nephews who live in the East,always love what I send them. Although my nephews outgrew the store, I still go shopping to buy gifts for my friends' children. Yesterday, I got the cutest outfits for a toddler and his 5 year old sister, Shantalle and Marianne both helped me pick the gifts. I am so happy with my purchases! Thank you Shantelle and Marianne:)”

The staff are all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I especially want to recognize the store manager, Ana. She has the warmest smile and makes every customer feel welcome. She has gone above and beyond for me on two different occasions. The first time, she helped me order a pair of jeans online when my size wasn't available in the store. Another time, when I was looking for a T-shirt they didn't have in stock, she called another location and asked them to put one on hold for me. That level of customer service is truly exceptional.
