“This is a good store and you never see any homeless people in here or any bums, so I always feel safe. The prices and selection are always good. The cashiers are always friendly and smiling.”

“After a horrible experience at Party city/ Canadian Tire. Amanda the sales lady for BUCK or Two PLUS made my horrible ballon experience a breeze , she help me pick a balloon set for my sons birthday. “It's obviously like any other Dollorama but poor staffing and they do not even provide support to customers to find out any items. I noted some of the staffs may be new so they are mostly unsure about the products are whether avail or on which aisle . Hope they improve customer care and quality service policy.”
“Tight for a cart but thats the only option in the area. Check your stuff before you buy because there is no return exchage policy. Now it has become everything $5 store. Still some good deals.”

“Just wanted to say I was in line around 3:05 today and that I’m so sorry for the woman who was being so rude to the workers! Especially to the girl with the pink/purple in her hair. Yes there was a long lineup but Its not her fault if they are understaffed-that’s on management. I’ve been there. It doesn’t matter how frustrated you are, we all need to be polite and have basic respect and manners towards eachother. The worker did nothing wrong. I hope the rest of your day is okay!! <3”

Yesterday I visited the store, and quickly found what I needed, the staff took very good care of me, especially a young man who told me where to find everything I was looking for, the store now looks very clean and comfortable to visit. “With the raise in ceiling price at Dollarama we are seeing a lot more cool things like poly bags of Lego and Funko collectibles!I love Dollarama.Each and every location!You can find so many neat things at decent prices. The greatest finds are those one off lot purchases Dollarama will pick up from some sort of liquidation that they sell for really cheap.Most recently we picked Monster brand LED lights to back light a tv. I used it to back light our bed.”

It is managed by an experienced, ethical, hardworking, knowledgeable and genuinely caring manager by the name Tim. He is a strong team player, he trains his staff well and works with them daily. I found the store is always well stocked, very clean and well displayed. His employees are knowledgeable, hardworking, honest, genuine, caring and walking extra miles daily. I sensed humility and excellent work ethic among the staff members. When you enter the store , you find many items at reasonable prices as advertised and genuine welcome. Tim, manager not only has strong communication skills, management skills but good listening skills, he is treating his staff with respect , trust and appreciates their daily contributions and he is not taking them for granted. “Positive: Clean, bright store with a good selection of items at reasonable prices.Not So Positive: The aisles are quite narrow; they would not be navigable by someone using a walker or wheelchair, in my opinion.As always, it's important to check ingredient lists and expiry dates, no matter where you shop.”
