I just had an item come overseas faster than it took to get across the city I live in. It's been in my city for over 5 days now.

Don't use fed ex. There contact number is completely automated with voice. No button options no real ppl to ever be transfered to.... I feel bad for disable ppl who can't talk.. worst company ever
