“We purchased our first hot tub almost 20 years ago from Beachcomber (now Solara); and over the years returned many times to buy other products; and with every visit, their customer service (and product quality) was excellent.
Our original tub recently started to show its age, and although there were a few options to “keep it going”, we opted for a new one with the latest technology and energy efficiency (not to mention so many new beautiful LED lights).
A huge shoutout must be given to Ryan (Southside location) - as he was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process, not once did we ever feel pressured into doing anything; he is very knowledgeable about the products being sold, and it shows. When it came time to place the order, the entire process was seamless; from the removal of the old tub, to the installation of the new tub a few weeks later, initial startup, and even a few tweaks shortly afterwards, everything was great.
Thank you very much Ryan (and the Solara team) you have customer service honed to a fine skill!

“My Mom and I stopped here last month to look at their selection of recliners. We were introduced to Teresa, who then provided the best assistance we’ve experienced in a long time. She is a good listener, knowledgeable and respectful of one’s preferences and budget.
We selected a really beautiful leather recliner that is comfortable and easy to adjust by its user. Their prices are comparable and in some cases, better than what we saw in other stores.
Teresa then accompanied the delivery fellows a few days later, to ensure my Mom was comfortable with how to adjust the recliner and rearrange some of the furniture for a better fit. We have never had that kind of assistance before.
They were also kind enough to take away and deliver the old recliner to a local charity.
Our thanks to all of you for making this very easy, satisfying experience.
By the way, I should mention that my Mom is almost 97 and believes you are never too old to enjoy something new like a great recliner ☀️”

“Recently we had to exchange our sofa sectional as it had a tear in it, thankfully we purchased the extra warranty as this happened just past 4 years. I was extremely happy with our sales person (Brick South Edmonton), as well as the service guys that set it all up and took away the other one. We have quite a few unique arches and it was difficult to maneuver the large furniture up stairs where it was going. But they were amazing, no damage to any walls, very professional and proficient. I am slightly disappointed that the new version of this sofa (without the seam in the chase) was $1200 higher, I did feel that we should have received the sofa at no extra charge because we had warranty. But I don't feel this is the Brick's fault.”
