“Stand is a very nice person with good customer relationship, I bought a brand new stove from his store on mkt place and I tried it in my house it wasn’t working I called him to complain and this guy follow up with plenty calls and promised I shouldn’t worry he will help me fix everything. He came nxt morning with a guy to check it n took it back to try it in different place and was working so he did a video call for me to see the stove working and the problem was with my house electricals, I asked him if he can help with someone who is good electrician and he gave me a contact and now my beautiful new stove is working perfectly??. “We purchased our first hot tub almost 20 years ago from Beachcomber (now Solara); and over the years returned many times to buy other products; and with every visit, their customer service (and product quality) was excellent.
Our original tub recently started to show its age, and although there were a few options to “keep it going”, we opted for a new one with the latest technology and energy efficiency (not to mention so many new beautiful LED lights).
A huge shoutout must be given to Ryan (Southside location) - as he was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process, not once did we ever feel pressured into doing anything; he is very knowledgeable about the products being sold, and it shows. When it came time to place the order, the entire process was seamless; from the removal of the old tub, to the installation of the new tub a few weeks later, initial startup, and even a few tweaks shortly afterwards, everything was great.
Thank you very much Ryan (and the Solara team) you have customer service honed to a fine skill!

“Went in to shop for a new mattress today with my partner, and Roger was there to great us right away. He explained features about mattresses so well that I feel like I could work there and sell them. Roger wasn't pushy at all, which is really hard to come by. He instead offered tailored options based on what we need and want, gave us space to draw our own conclusions, and also provided advice on anything additional to the mattress. Ultimately, he helped us find the right mattress for us. The price points are competitive, and I love knowing we are supporting a small Canadian business. We were originally told that installation would take two days, but they completed everything in just one full day. They worked consistently, were respectful of our home, and showed real care in how they assembled everything.
I also want to acknowledge Gary, the manager. He was attentive, detail oriented, and kept us informed throughout the ordering process. He helped us finalize our selections and made sure all of the details were correct. Arjun, the first salesman we met, was also helpful and pleasant to work with.
