“5 Stars for the store. 0 for corporate.I was in the store location today and not only was it 3,000,000° … it was blasting hot air. Several store associates indicated that the temperature control is controlled by corporate. Shame on you corporate. Not only was it absolutely unbearable for your shoppers. The poor team that was working today should not have had to work in those unbearable temperatures. Super sad that this issue could not be addressed on a Sunday For these associates and shoppers. Also, because it was so hot I ended up going into Edmonton to finish my shopping, and the temperature issues were not an issue in other winners, and HomeSense stores in Edmonton.5 Stars for the store, because it’s always clean, well, merchandised, and the team who works here is super friendly and approachable.”
