“I have just had the absolute worst experience with this company. Blow me off for almost 2 months and finally come back with no useful information. If you ever get Jill Needham as your adjuster, IMMEDIATELY request someone else.
UPDATE:
After phoning in, I talked to someone who escalated the situation. That same day I received a call from Sean or John(my apologies) but he was able to answer all my questions on that phone call!! I received a new adjuster, Prabhdeep, and he contacted me first thing Monday and had the whole process started by the end of the day. It's been 2 weeks and everything has been settled. This has typically been the service I've received with Intact and I would very much recommend them!!”
