“I came here to get my ring resized up. I didnt know what my ring size was and they helped me figure it out with their sizing tools. The customer service was very good. My ring had engraving all around. They phoned me to advise me that some of it will be sacrificed before doing anything to my ring. They let me pick on which part of the engraving can be used. The ring was ready for me to be picked up within 4 business days. Very quick and flawless job. Highly recommended”
“This is the type of place you go to that makes you annoyed you ever shopped at one of the big chain stores with the terrible radio ads, or even worse - online retailers.
Sean was great to deal with, honest and straightforward. I was looking for a special anniversary gift for my wife but had to stick to a budget. Sean was respectful of that and gave me a great deal on a pair of diamond earrings - better than anything I was able to find online. When I picked them up they were stunning!

I have brought multiple items (earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings) for reattaching, shortening, cleaning and resizing, and a watch for a new battery. All of my pieces have been delicate, either given to me when I was younger or passed down in family.
Second, these pieces have been handled and restored with the utmost care. I am so pleased with the precision and in the pride these people put into the work they do. I’ve only received exceptional customer service that has been honest, kind and professional.

I bought a diamond wedding band from here for my wedding last July I paid close to $1,000.00 for this ring. at the 6 month mark a diamond had already fallen out. I take my ring off when cleaning, exercising etc.. I basically only wear it at the office or going out for dinner I am very careful with it. I tried to contact the store to see if this was covered under the standard warranty since it had only been 6 months. Their response was for me to send photos of the spot where the diamond fell out, I sent the photos and have NOT received a response back in over 3 months. I also sent my husband into the store to ask if this was covered under the standard warranty he was told no and that we would have to pay $200 to fix this.
Overall, poor craftsmanship, no accountability, and lack of customer service.
Would not purchase from here again.”
