    Great customer service. I called regarding a broken shower part that I purchased back in 2013. Ben was able to help me out and I had a new part arrive at my door the next day free of charge.

    Excellent service and advice. They assisted me in getting a replacement fan assembly for a hot water heater, and helped me to get the refund, as the part was still under warranty.
