The owner, Naz, was kind and helpful.They have a solid and well curated selection of mattresses across different types and price points, without having so many that I felt lost for choice. I felt comfortable, and encouraged to spend a long time trying almost every mattress in order to find one that was just right for me; I ended up purchasing one of their firm foam mattresses.Importantly, at no point did I feel pressured to hurry up, make a sale, or railroaded into buying one of their more expensive options. This is in contrast to other chain mattress stores that I have been to. From the moment I first called the store to our purchase he was really knowledgeable, kind and attentive. We got an unreal discount on our mattress. Our mattress was even in our home that day- I got the white glove delivery service and it was great. Getting a 100% natural mattress for my daughter has made a huge difference. I came to this store because she was waking up coughing and sniffling. As soon as we got her this mattress her symptoms resolved within a few days. Before this we tried everything in her room… air purifier, humidifier, opening windows, lots of vacuuming and cleaning with natural products, etc. Nothing worked so I felt this purchase was necessary. Can’t say enough how happy I am that I stumbled across this store and got this mattress, it’s also SO comfortable. “Absolutely fantastic experience coming here for our new couch! Gary originally sold us the couch, quoted us a time frame of 2-3 weeks but it showed up just a week later! Absolutely fantastic experience with him! Unfortunately when it was delivered to our house it would not fit through our staircase, Sam and Moe advised us the best option for our space and we headed back to the store. Sarah helped us with finding a new and now modular couch that would fit through our staircase but not compromise the style comfort and overall size we wanted! Sam and Moe delivered our new modular couch just hours after figuring out the original one wasn’t going to fit. Overall fantastic experience! Sam and Moe were fantastic and super accommodating and very friendly!
