“We had a wonderful experience with Roger. He was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and pillows and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. He never rushed us, and even stayed at work until 6:30 p.m. to help us, although the store normally closes at 6:00.
We didn’t buy anything that day, but we came back the next day because of the excellent and detailed service we received. Roger clearly knows a lot about mattresses and pillows, and his recommendations were very helpful. We chose a mattress and pillows, and we are very happy with our choice.
The bed frame is also very high quality. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that it takes about two months to be made.

“Polite and professional delivery staff. My only concern is they do not have shoe covers and tracked dirt onto the carpet. The staff explained that when items are over a certain weight they have to wear shoes/foot protection, but I've had furnace cleaners come many times before who had clean covers for their shoes.”

It was genuinely delicious, I honestly felt like I was eating homemade food. With our IKEA Family membership, we also got complimentary coffee and tea.
The portions were filling, and the dining area has a really charming atmosphere.”
