Hours: Princess Auto is a Canadian-owned company with over 3,400 employees and 51 stores across the country. It offers a wide range of tools and equipment for tradespeople, farmers, inventors, and industrial workers. Customers appreciate the good deals, competitive prices, and high-quality products that are often comparable to more expensive options elsewhere. The store is known for having what customers need, whether for shop work, farming, or hobbies like wood processing and welding. Staff members are helpful and knowledgeable, making it easier to find the right items and answer questions. The store's return policy is considered great, providing peace of mind with repairs, replacements, or refunds if needed. While some areas, like trailer wiring, could be better organized, overall, shoppers have positive experiences. Many customers rely on Princess Auto for their everyday tools and equipment, especially for rural and farm needs, valuing both the variety and the value offered.
