“Great place for all purpose things. I've found so much here from arrow heads to animal traps. Go karts and mini bulldozers. Even a 430cc sawmill! The help is ok, the front staff is quite good and there return and exchange policy is second to none. I highly recommend going here. I've even found Tails light bulbs for a VW passat. There is plenty of parking and there are several locations. They offer online purchases and in store pick up as well as delivery. Just missing one star as I've several times had to deal with employees that made their problems mine. Other than that, all good!!!”

“I have been shopping and receiving excellent customer service from many dedicated, hard working , talented and willing to walk extra miles daily from the the following associates from different departments, these associates are providing superb service to builders, contractors, tradesmen, individuals with creative solutions if asked. These associates are not there to get their pay checks, I am sure all those who shop at this location recognize this. The managers, frontline workers, cashiers, drivers, staff in all departments will say it is their job, they like serving us, yet, I say they are doing more without expectation. The following associates: Holly in flooring has been helping me for years with invaluable information, helped me to make wise choices to complete my various projects over the years ( from 2008 to now), Candace, front desk helped me to find my way around, Candace answered all my questions with empathy. “Excellent service. Got a paint match and advice about touch ups and ceiling stains. Collin the manager there was awesome. He matched the paint and it was a little dark, went back and tweaked it for me. He showed me the new sample dried onto the sample I brought in. Im an oil painter who loves color and I couldn't tell where the new paint started and the old paint ended. He helped pick out something for my price range too. Highly recommended.”

I went in looking for a specific screw that I couldn’t even find at Home Depot. I showed it to them, and they immediately knew the exact size and got me the right one. I was in and out in under two minutes. Fast, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!”
“I needed a screw for putting together an old Kenmore Sewing machine. After six trips to Home Depot, no luck in getting one that fits. I went to the branch located at 11721-170 Street NW Edmonton. A man helped me get the correct sized and thread screw. And he helped put the screw into my sewing machine to make sure that it fits. I am not sure of his name. He went over and above his job to help me. He saved me a lot of stress and time. The service was so very much appreciated.”
“I procrastinate when there are too many choices so I went to this location and decided to just ask someone there for help making the actual choices for a house Reno (bathroom and kitchen). Kunwar (apologies for the spelling) was incredible. Took on the challenge, asked me the right questions to narrow down option and then he’d present me 2-4 choices. That made choosing so much easier. If I had to do that myself, no choices would’ve been made. I’m honestly shocked how well this went. We designed two new bathrooms and a kitchen too. I go here a lot and everyone is very helpful”

“I rented a carpet cleaner from the tool rental area in Home Depot. It was a fast, no fuss process and the machine was plugged in and checked for full functioning before checking it out of the store.
A chair/stair attachment and detergent is available and the price is good.”

“I am advising you that I have had to return two (2) American Standard broken toilets to your store within two days. I am also out funds for two plumbing visits and another in my future, and my renovation has been delayed yet again. I am not happy with American Standard.
However, I am very happy with the RONA Southside customer service, Efrem T. and Darren S. and their commitment making this right for me. They have both gone above and beyond their due diligence in this situation.”
