“Awesome experience with Lionel. He knows his colours and understands how they work together. We needed to paint the interior of the house and ended up with Grey Owl Regal and it looks great! Lionel can talk for days about paint, colour combinations, painting accessories, and techniques. Lionel also gave us a discount since we are AMA members and if you buy 5 gallons of paint he might do a little better then that. He really cares about helping DIY projects cuz we are better to deal with then contractors! Haha”

“I find the staff generally helpful, however it is often difficult to find someone, or there just aren't enough staff for the number of customers. A lot of the things people buy from you require some assistance and you're often not staffed appropriately.I also find that the organization of the store (Edmonton West) is not the greatest and always seems to be in flux. Everything moves around so much there. It can be frustrating.”
“Excellent service. Got a paint match and advice about touch ups and ceiling stains. Collin the manager there was awesome. He matched the paint and it was a little dark, went back and tweaked it for me. He showed me the new sample dried onto the sample I brought in. Im an oil painter who loves color and I couldn't tell where the new paint started and the old paint ended. He helped pick out something for my price range too. Highly recommended.”

The managers, frontline workers, cashiers, drivers, staff in all departments will say it is their job, they like serving us, yet, I say they are doing more without expectation.
