“Great self service machine, definitely will go again. For anyone that is confused on how to use the machine, you scan your shipping barcode and then place the barcode on your package and then scan the new placed sticker and the machine should open up so you can ship your item.”

“By far the best shipping company i EVER DEALT WITH!! I order my package from the UK on Monday and have it Friday and shipping is free if you spend a certain amount and when it comes to duty tax what they charge are way lower then when you go to the government of CANADA app to see what you think you have to pay for duty and taxes. IT baffels my mind how DHL can send a package from the UK to Edmonton in 4 days when it takes purolater 7 days to send it from Calgary and shipping cost 20$ and if you have to pay for DHL shipping its 15 to 25$ for a 4 day delivery around the world so THANK YOU DHL FOR BEING FAST AND RELIABLE”

“My friend was waiting for the copy of their work permit from immigrations after waiting 5 months. They realized from an email that they had put the wrong address on the immigration paperwork when they arrived in Canada. We went to the Letter Carrier Depot in downtown Edmonton on July 11/24 to see if they could help. They were super helpful. They did some checking around their office, but no letter. This morning my friend went back to the Depot & they were again super helpful. They did do some searching , which is probably above & beyond their jobs

“I see lots of people raging on here, and these couriers can be frustrating at times, as is the case with nearly every business transaction nowadays. I haven't had any problems with Loomis when a company decides to use them. They can be a bit slower than, say DHL (who are regularly able to get packages from Japan to Northern Alberta in 2-3 days), but are on par with UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or any other delivery service in North America. They try at least once, if not twice (verified by doorbell camera), and then I go pick up the package if need be. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't.”
