Staff is great. Unfortunately this location is understaffed for answering calls and in person rentals. This is a management issue. Don't blame the customer service representatives. Be prepared for a long wait. 😡 For anyone renting or returning a vehicle... good luck. 🤞🤞

It's a proper uhaul place with a store and truck rentals. Plus employees to answer questions and help. My moves and helping others move, we always seem to end up here.
