Urban Barn is a popular furniture and decor store known for its beautiful, high-quality offerings, with many items made in Canada. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, who create a welcoming atmosphere. The Mayfield location, the largest Urban Barn store in Edmonton, has received particular praise for its wide selection of furniture and excellent customer service. Shoppers frequently mention the positive experiences they have had, often highlighting the expertise and assistance provided by the store managers. While the prices can be on the higher side, customers feel the quality justifies the cost, making it worth their investment. However, some customers have expressed disappointment regarding the company's policy on providing assistance for carrying purchases outside, wishing for more support in that area. Overall, Urban Barn is recommended for anyone looking for stylish furniture and a supportive shopping experience.
Always a great experience in this store. You are welcomed in and not hounded. Beautiful home decor and have always been happy with the quality of my purchases.

I had a great experience here, Jennifer was very helpful with the purchase of a dining room set and cabinet for our mom. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. She went above and beyond for us.

Heather was exceptional, asking questions and making suggestions for the style I was trying to achieve. I will definitely be back.
