As a Certified Redseal Heavy duty mechanic i always find it hard to trust other shops to do work on my vehicles.
Their service advisor Austin quoted me and got me in quickly before the recent rise in temperatures and their tech Rory quickly gained my trust after i brought it in for a A/C recharge.
They were honest and upfront about all costs and labour, Rory performed fantastic work on my Volkswagen. Extremely fair pricing too!

“I had the most pleasant experience working with some really kind folks at Kia Go South. Mushud, with the help of finding all the facts about my vehicle. Mushud was prompt, dug up as much information as he possible could. Took walk around videos for me, as I was out of province, and I had many questions. He picked me up at the airport and was courteous and patient. He was a real joy and blessing to hang out with as well! My first point of contact was Olivia when I booked my vehicle in. She was absolutely phenomenal to deal with on the phone, was knowledgeable and accommodating and gave me an excellent first impression of the dealership.
When my vehicle arrived for service, Henry took over my service order and handled everything from that point forward. I cannot say enough about the level of service he provided. His communication was exceptional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, responded promptly whenever I had questions and consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire service experience. Everything I had sent the vehicle in for was addressed before it was returned to me.
One thing I particularly appreciated was being able to communicate with Henry almost entirely by text. It eliminated missed calls and telephone tag, but more importantly, when you're discussing mechanical issues and you're not a car expert, having the ability to go back and reread exactly what was explained to you is incredibly helpful.
Henry exceeded what I thought I could reasonably expect from a dealership service experience. He was professional, patient, responsive and exceptionally easy to deal with from beginning to end. The service advisor knew exactly what the issue was when I checked in. She quickly addressed the moisture issue in the front grille and got the replacement approved under warranty with parts ordered right away.
They also completed required ECU software upgrades and did a comprehensive multi-point inspection covering tires, brakes, suspension, and EV coolant.
