“It's peak winter season, I've just been towed in by lunchtime from Mr. Lube, and I'm not expecting anything. I've already fought with one shop for tires that will fit, so I go through the song and dance once more.
Even though they were slammed with work, phones ringing consistently, these guys were patient, understanding, and took their time to help me out. I went from stranded on a sidewall flat to tires on, keys in hand by 7.
I'm honestly impressed. I went from planning my stay in Fort Mac 2-3 days more than I hoped to going home tomorrow. I am so thankful for the efforts. Above and beyond service under heavy pressure!!

“It's a Walmart, very busy, I was there when the truck had just come in, so pallets and new stock were in the aisles. Hard to make a fair assessment of the store, overall I'd say as well kept as possible given circumstances.”

“Put my car into their shop and there was a miscommunication about which work was to be completed and they went beyond the scope I had agreed to before approving the work. I explained the error and they handled it professionally and quick, to my satisfaction. The cost may be higher than private shops, but it is worth in it in how I was treated as a customer and the warranty they offer.”
