I Had the pleasure of meeting Patrica today, Im on my 48 hours of rest as an executive Chef working as a supervisor of accommodation for 1100 people remotely. Patricia hit all our marks of excellent customer service. Our conversation was brief and polite to begin. Factual and pleasant. As we spoke I quite endeared to Patricia. We spoke about her home country El Salvador and it was a truly positive and polished service experience. Patricia should be given the opportunity to elevate her position in your company. She checked all our boxes. Thank you Patricia.”
“Very organized and clean. I’ve gone to this gas station 7 times over seven days to fuel up. Friendly and courteous staff. The washroom has been clean and the floor recently mopped. Dispensers are cleaned regularly. It’s quite obvious that the staff care about what the public think when they use this gas station and store.”

“Clean and great staff. I visit here every morning before work for the past 10 years and the staff has always helped out one way or another. Even one day I noticed my energy drink I like was out of stock. The next morning a staff member came up to me and said I put your flavour drink back in stock, before I even had a chance to go to the cooler.”
