“We've been going here for 10+ years the service and staff are super exceptional and knowledgeable. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Keri Barrett in appliances. We came in to get a new washer, dryer - they price match our set with another store. No push back super easy. Kerri was super awesome to deal with. Thorough, and quick We were in and out under 15 mins with a delivery date for our new units.
We even bought a door bell camera from here. Didn't realize the box was re-stock and had been opened. Came back and exchanged it. No questions ask.

Store is always clean - and if your lucky, theres random dogs to pet. We bring ours occasionally and they get all the extra pets from everyone on the staff & customers...

THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A 5 STAR REVIEW - but they lose a full star because its 2026 ppl - their cellphone service is terrible in this store. If you dont have your items preloaded on your phone before you go in, good luck pulling it up. As a contractor ive missed client calls & unable to talk to my team while in the store. Literally have to tell ppl, im in home depot ill call you back - or miss the calls all together. There has to be something that could be done to improve this part of the experience.
Having access to even the HOME DEPOT website while in the store is a hassle.
