“Searching online I found a product at this particular store and when I made the trip it was not in stock.

UPDATE- these people take customer service seriously. I posted the above review and the next day the owner had responded saying that they'd run out of stock and that a shipment of the product arrived the next day. He then gifted me a tube of the product that I'd been after. I was annoyed when I posted, but now I'm gratified. One other note--I mentioned the situation to a friend in Sherwood Park and he likes that Home Hardware store a lot. He especially likes their prices.”

“I went in last week looking for something to help unclog my bathroom sink. A friend of mine had recommended a product called Green Gobbler, but when I went in I completely forgot the name and asked for Gob Stopper lol. So the poor girls were trying to find this unknown product until I finally looked up the text from my friend and found the correct name. Once I found the correct name it popped up right away and the sales girl walked me right over to the product. Once we got there, we discovered that there were several products available by this brand but none were for the clogged sink. I was positive my friend (who is a plumber) had said that I could pour it down the sink but the products we found were for backed up sewage etc. So just as we were about to give up her hand was feeling around on the shelf and boom she found the product for the clogged sink. It was not what I expected but, I did have a bottle of liquid drano at home so I used that first and then after the clog was gone I inserted the drain stick into both my shower and sink drain. I highly recommend that everyone use these sticks because I have not had any issues since and I want to thank those lovely ladies for their help and patience. Great job ?”
