I don't know why they bother with self checkout when a staff member usually ends up checking you out anyway. The staff could have asked if I needed help out of the store with large items on two occasions. Other than that, the staff can easily help you navigate the store.”

I asked Amandeep and a European or South American woman if they can sell me separate items in the price of the kit because the kit was out of stock. They called the store manager so many times and pushed him hard so i can get a discount. And then Awais spent half an hour running around and getting the product because they only had 1 pc in stock and it was on the top shelf in tool rental. Every one of them went above and beyond”

They, Dawson and Harley, did an excellent job.
