“Amazing customer service from every staff member but especially the manager (I believe her name was Jen) I came in on Black Friday to do a return as there was a quality issue with my item, although it was very busy that day I appreciate the above and beyond help to look up my receipt for me and issue the refund. Everyone was very nice, helpful and efficient. Thank you. :)”
“I’m from the Edmonton area and visit Grande Prairie once or twice a year.
This Winners is always worth a stop. The men’s clothing and shoes are consistently better than what I find around Edmonton, and that carries over to the soaps, grooming products and home accessories geared toward men.
I don’t know how the inventory gets allocated, but this location seems to get better brands and better quality men’s clothing. Even the much larger Winners in West Edmonton Mall doesn’t come close.
I usually browse the Edmonton stores. Here, I actually find things worth buying.”
“Overall, I’ve had positive experiences at this store. The staff are generally friendly, helpful and the store is clean and organized.
That said, I did witness an uncomfortable situation where a customer made comments that came across as racialized and inappropriate towards an employee. I hope management takes situations like that seriously and continues making the store respectful for both customers and staff.
Still, my overall experience with the store has been good.”

There was a shipping issue with a larger item I ordered and they were super patient, found it, and kept me updated through all of it since it impacted the rest of my online order. “This is a wonderful store with a huge variety of products and a great place to shop. People come from a long way just to shop there. They even have a place for doctors! And a pharmacy. They have an Optometrist as well. It is so much more than just groceries. Everyone should check it out.”
“Walmart in Grande Prairie is a pretty good place to shop, with a wide variety of products available at reasonable prices. The store has pretty much everything you need, from groceries and household essentials to electronics and clothing. Most of the time, the store is well stocked, and it's convenient being able to get so many things in one place. The prices are generally decent, although some items can be a bit expensive, and the store can get pretty busy at times. Overall, it's a solid place to shop with lots of selection and good convenience. Definitely a good option for everyday shopping!”
