“Overall, I’ve had positive experiences at this store. The staff are generally friendly, helpful and the store is clean and organized.
That said, I did witness an uncomfortable situation where a customer made comments that came across as racialized and inappropriate towards an employee. I hope management takes situations like that seriously and continues making the store respectful for both customers and staff.
Still, my overall experience with the store has been good.”
“Amazing customer service from every staff member but especially the manager (I believe her name was Jen) I came in on Black Friday to do a return as there was a quality issue with my item, although it was very busy that day I appreciate the above and beyond help to look up my receipt for me and issue the refund. Everyone was very nice, helpful and efficient. Thank you. :)”
“I'd never been to winners before. Was out with my grandson looking for winter coats around town. Looked at the sporting goods stores first, definitely can't afford those prices. Went to winners and found a down coat that he likes, and it looks like it should be very warm on the coldest of days?”

“I came here looking for a variety of items from lamps to wood screws. They had it all and more. I didn't even get into most of the store. Best if all, they have a computer screen at the front of the store where you can look up the items you need and it will tell you what aisle to find it on. Great store, I will return.”
“It's my main store for groceries. Good pricing, love getting points that can be spent in anything in the store, I don't like how the carts can be faulty and lock when you leave the store though but overall everything else is good. Staff is helpful and smiles ?”
