“Suresh was very patient when hearing about my financial situation and offered good advice on what steps to take to improve. He was very transparent on the services CIBC offers, and made things easy to understand. Couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Suresh.”
“My Bank since 1972. If you want human teller service the standing in line wait can be Long. Used to be better front line service, no longer have a greeting person. Could have more personalle.”

Just a note to give a big shout-out to Candice Jackson, Customer Service Representative.
I brought my elderly Mother in to do her banking, and Candice was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She explained everything well for my Mother and I, and
I'm so very grateful for her help.
It made our day and we felt well-received.
Thank you, Candice!
