Straightforward advice, got me set up with Polar X boots and insoles that matched my foot shape, wore the boots that night for over 12 hours and my feet did not get sore! Highly reccomend redwing boots and their Lethbridge location!”

“Oh my gosh! I ordered one of my favourite brands, El Naturalista from The Shoe Tree after searching everywhere else for the style I wanted. This store is like a candy store for shoes with tons of sustainable brands and incredible selection of styles. Plus free shipping in Canada! I may have to get a plane ticket to visit in person!”
“I've always been impressed by the quality of products Mark's has. On top of that, there's sales pretty regularly. I just got 10 pairs of socks for less than $30, which is awesome because they will probably last me 10+ years. Picked up a super cute pair of boots for around $30 off the sale shelf too. Brand new pajamas, which I paid full price for but they are SO. FREAKING. SOFT. Friendly staff. We were offered assistance twice which was appreciated. Staff also brings products to the counter for you so you don't have to lug things around. One of my favourite places to shop.”

“I shop here frequently and will continue to. This location is always so well put together, clean, and has amazing staff who are always a help. Always carry’s a great selection of styles and sizes as well. During my recent visit I lost my keys while shopping in the store and they were very quick in assisting me in finding them. Very grateful. Would highly recommend this store.”
“Today is a busy holiday shopping time in this mall but... I managed to find a pair of boots for a gift. They let me set them aside until later this evening. The 2 girls that were there in the evening were awesome. Very helpful and nice. We ended up buying a different pair of boots, but completely happy with our purchase. It was good service and reasonable prices here. Highly recommend this store.”

“I came in Saturday noon for Christmas shopping and came across amazing stuff. The staff was lovely, and they try their best to prioritize safety measures for COVID. It seems as though a lot of people are quite inconsiderate of that. I want to say this as a neutral standpoint; I understand that it gets frustrating for both employees and customers. I find that the employees throughout Park Place Mall during this pandemic are tired because of the inconsideration of others not wearing a mask or aren’t wearing it properly, but I also saw a review from here that the manager is willing to speak very strikingly in a sense about other customers not following the rules. I don’t know who the manager is at Ardene, but I do find that quite worrisome due to the impact it will lead to business. Frustrations should be said when customers aren’t around, but it gets hard and that’s understandable. The prices from Ardene is quite remarkable and affordable for young girls and adults so it’s hard not to come by and shop at this place. As a customer, I still will come shop at this place but I wanted to write this review to not only the staff but also the people who read this. Please, be considerate of the staff in their position as well as staff being considerate of their reputation for business.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but I had to give a shoutout to the staff working tonight! There were about 3 people running around with a mountain of online orders and the phone was always ringing, yet they did their best to help the customers in the store as well. I had to wait a few minutes to get helped (and I had no problem waiting) yet the cashier Kade apologised for the inconvenience and even gave me a small discount which was very generous of him. I appreciate your staff going above and beyond during the holiday season and I hope they get compensated for the hard work they’re doing!! ?????”
