I like that you can walk around and look at thing's without having staff asking can they help you find things. That approach is important to me, also there are staff in the area if you do need help. “It was so nice to walk around The Bay! There were so many great sales too. And excellent quality as expected. There was even a Zellers section with clothes, household, and items for your pets.
Nice, clean, big, and bright fitting rooms, too, to try on your items to make sure they fit.
There was someone there to help if you needed a different size as well. Every staff member was very pleasant and helpful!
