“I have an old F150. After several years of neglect (from both me and the previous owner), it had a list of issues needing to be addressed. I called Technical, describing known problems and explaining that I didn't want to spend much to fix this truck up. I said that I was prepared to junk the truck if repair costs ran too high. They convinced me to take it in for a look. After 3-4 hours they called back telling me the cause of each issue I described. In many cases the fix was much less significant than I expected. Initially fearing a repair estimate of over $2000 or $3000, I was shocked when told the estimate was $515!
