Customer service at the front was fantastic, but the service team at the back seemed flustered and too busy to be bothered. That was just the vibe I got, but their fish selection is awesome!!!”

I was pleasently surprised with great friendly staff and great products.
Rachel really knows her stuff and actively helped me with multiple purchases including finding the right sleeping bag size online to then ship to the store.
There is a shopping atmosphere and customer service here that you dont find often.
