“Very good quality toys! I was struggling to find something my one year old pit bull mix could play with for longer than a day before being destroyed. The Durapaw toys have been amazing! We’ve saved so much money by not having to replace her toys constantly.”

“Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and caring. The girls show great concern and have such vast knowledge in all areas and issues. I choose to go here instead of running to the vet and spending piles of unnecessary money. I’m so grateful for the amazing service as it hard to come by these days!”
“My initial visit to Bone & Biscuit today was an exceptionally positive experience. I was seeking information for my dear friend Bella, who is a discerning eater and has a rather sensitive stomach. The incredibly knowledgeable staff dedicated a considerable amount of time to guide me through all the available options. I truly felt that they listened attentively to my concerns regarding Bella. I departed feeling very confident and well-informed by the information provided. This establishment will undoubtedly become our preferred destination for all of Bella's dietary and other requirements. I no longer anticipate visiting mainstream pet stores. My sincere gratitude to the staff for such a wonderful experience.”

“I love this store! After experiencing an issue, the manager, Taylor, reached out to me personally and completely resolved everything. She was incredibly kind, apologetic and genuinely committed to making things right. I truly appreciate how the situation was handled and am extremely grateful. This is exactly why I have supported this store for so many years!”
“ABSOLUTELY love this location, staff, and owners. Everyone is sooooo friendly, from greeting you right when you come in and checking to see if you were looking for anything specific or if you have any questions, to wishing you a wonderful day on your way out. They have a huge selection of food, treats, toys, apparel etc, even carrying some products that other pet stores in Leduc do not. I find the prices on par with other pet stores but the customer service here is just unmatched, and because of that I will not go anywhere else. Absolutely love the new store, can't wait to try the dog wash!”
“A nice girl named Han helped me lift my 1235lbs horse into my trailer after she gave me such great service and information on horse feed and different products for my horse baby. Best service ever”
“We had our large Ginger cat Winston to be groomed at pet planet
Great job he is a big boy and not easy because of his size But he came back looking wonderful
Very very pleased”
“I’m sorry I do not remember the lady who cut Spartans hair! All though it was a great experience for my boy! She was awesome very loving and patient when it came to taking care of my cat thank you! I will be back in the future!”
“I had an amazing experience at PetSmart on Calgary Trail, thanks to Isabelle! As a first-time puppy owner, I had so many questions and felt a bit overwhelmed, but Isabelle was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to guide me through everything I needed for my little puppy Coco and provided advice that went far beyond just helping me shop.
She explained different products, shared valuable tips on puppy care, and made sure I felt confident and prepared to bring my new furry family member home. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made this experience so special. Thank you, Isabelle, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate all your help and highly recommend asking for her if you visit PetSmart on Calgary Trail”
“This is the best pet shop ever!! Everyone there is so friendly and the animals are clean and well taken care of, you can tell that everyone that works there loves animals and loves what they do 😊💖”
“I'm decreasing the star by 1 since I was encouraged to buy an aggressive fish that would not have done well with my current fish. Customer service at the front was fantastic, but the service team at the back seemed flustered and too busy to be bothered. That was just the vibe I got, but their fish selection is awesome!!!”
“From a cat-owner's perspective, they've got pretty much everything you'd need. Based on my experience, the staff have all been pretty helpful and eager to help.”
“Fantastic Service! I needed help finding a new food for my senior cat, and was recommended a great and affordable food for my little guy. I would definitely recommend coming here. Staff are all great.”

“Rachael was so pleasant and she helped us above and beyond. We wanted some warmers and she went back and forth multiple times to provide us with different varieties and colours. She definitely deserved a raise.”
