“Great place! This isn't where I usually go for vehicle service but I won a gift certificate so I wanted to use it. Very friendly staff- when I entered I was immediately greeted even though someone was in front of me and that says alot about their customer service! ? While I waited for my vehicle, I saw them do the same over and over which was great! Very generous coffee and water/beverage area and seating area is very comfortable with a tv and Telus tv. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for my next service!”
“I recently left a highly critical review of the Fountain Tire in Riverbend Square; however, I decided to retract it because the business was very prompt in reaching out to me afterwards. They provided a thorough explanation of their policies and procedures, and this greatly enhanced my understanding of what happened during my most recent visit for a flat repair. I really appreciate that they put in the time and effort to contact me and to let me know what unfolded and why. This gave me a much clearer picture of what occurred during that service. They also offered to rectify the situation, which I am very grateful for, and I do not believe it is fair to leave a negative review in the public domain when the business has made a genuine effort towards reconciliation. I appreciate that the business reviewed the situation and communicated with me about the relevant information. They were also very prompt and professional in doing so. Reaching out to angry clients is not easy, so it is commendable that they did this. Overall, I feel much better about what happened, and I appreciate the explanation that I was given.”

“Very poor experience at Moose Jaw and Swift Current Fountain Tires. Moose Jaw put the wrong size tires on the rear of an SUV, then Swift Current put the wrong size on as well. Will not own their mistake and are not willing to work with us to remedy the issue. Take no responsibility. Very rude customer service. Will not go back again!
Within 12 hours I had a response and my opinion has changed. They are going to own their errors and will be replacing all 4 tires in Moose Jaw. THANK YOU!!!”
