“Here's a polished and enthusiastic Google review: Matt and Justin were absolutely amazing! I brought my car in for an inspection, and the level of care and attention they put into everything was beyond impressive. They were incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands. Their communication was outstanding—they kept me updated with phone calls throughout the process, so I always knew what was happening. What really stood out was their attention to detail. They didn't just inspect my car; they went above and beyond by organizing everything, right down to the tools in my trunk. It's rare to find a team that takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. If you're looking for honest, knowledgeable, and professional service, I can't recommend Matt and Justin highly enough. They exceeded every expectation, and I'll definitely be returning for any future service. Thank you both for such an exceptional experience!”

“These guys are honest! They saved me $1600! I had a routine maintenance at Mercedes dealership in heritage valley. Also had a tear in my tire. Mercedes recommended to get a new tire because it was trashed. Plus a new sensor because it was broken. Plus an extra tire to balance the other tire’s treads. 2 new tires plus sensor =$1600. Fountain tire just fixed up my damaged tire ($37) and concluded that my sensor ($350 to replace) was fine. The next morning my sensor was on the fritz. Fountain sent someone out to take a look at my house. How rare is that kind of service? I truly appreciated it! Thank you, fountain tire!”

“I called and was able to speak to a human right away. They got me in the next day. Desireé and Heather were very kind and clear at the front desk. Josh took me back and showed me what was wrong, explained why it happened, how to prevent it from happening, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, they made an extremely stressful situation feel like a breeze.”

“Picked up a set of winter tires for my Sierra 1500. They were on at a very competitive price, and Dylan was able to install them the next day. Have used them in the first snowfall and they performed as they should.Very professional, great service, quick install and a quality product. What more could you ask for?”

“Jon helped me out. I went in for a tire repair consult for a nail that punctured the shoulder of my tire. It was just on the cusp of the sidewall so they said they couldn't do it, but they offered to swap the tire for a used one with similar wear at a reasonable price. All in all quick inspection, conversation, and work done in less than an hour very happy with the service.”

“I had a great experience with this team. My car broke down, and since I was an out-of-town client they were able to prioritize getting my vehicle up and running again. The mechanic was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The receptionist was very lovely to deal with as well.”

“I'm not sure why there seems to be such bad reviews of this location, but I can say my experience has been significantly different than those below. I went in this week for an oil change and was in and out within 20 minutes, no one tried to upsell me, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I look forward to coming back!”

“Stellar customer service on multiple visits. I will definitely be bringing my business here for the future and will be happy to tell my friends (I had been a regular customer with another company for years but wasn't able to book in before the snowfall. Glad it didn't work out because this is the place to go for sure). Thank you all for your excellent service!!”

“Very poor experience at Moose Jaw and Swift Current Fountain Tires. Moose Jaw put the wrong size tires on the rear of an SUV, then Swift Current put the wrong size on as well. Will not own their mistake and are not willing to work with us to remedy the issue. Take no responsibility. Very rude customer service. Will not go back again! Within 12 hours I had a response and my opinion has changed. They are going to own their errors and will be replacing all 4 tires in Moose Jaw. THANK YOU!!!”
