“I never write Google reviews, but I have to make an exception this time. We’re in the middle of renovations and the hose on our 18-year-old central vac system snapped right at the handle—at 3:30 on a Saturday, of course. Eddie, the owner of Okotoks Vacuum, was incredibly helpful over the phone, so I rushed to his store before closing to see if he had a replacement part.
Our equipment was so outdated that no replacement pieces existed, so I ended up purchasing a new system. Eddie was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind while I made my choice—despite it being 20 minutes before closing and him needing to head to another appointment, which was actually a delivery for another customer after hours.
This is the kind of customer care you rarely find anymore. It reminded me of the service my dad used to give at his small-town hardware store in the 1990s. It truly made my day.”
