Dan was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable with the products he represents. Highly recommend him over going to the box store.

Plastic cap on one leg arrived damaged, this does not affect the short term function of the platform for our new bed. I am on phone waiting to speak with an agent to request a replacement part, I wish there were a direct line to a real person locally for issues such as this. Installers were quick, tidy and professional.
