“Professional, warm atmosphere, receptionist very friendly, knowledgeable. Unannounced I dropped in for an estimate and Taylor immediately greeted with full confidence. We reviewed my vehicle and my expectations of the work I expected. Within hours he sent an estimate and I booked appointment. Due to illness I had to rebook the appointment, Taylor was very understanding.
When I picked up my vehicle I was very happy with the results. As I reviewed my vehicle I pointed out a stain I had on my chrome bumper, Taylor reviewed and came back to remove it. It was some sort of chemical spill.
I felt the price was very reasonable and the car looked great! I say this as this was on my own expense. He took care of everything, including booking the rental all on one bill. Made the arrangements for rental.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone who I knew needed repairs.

“My daughter had a late day predicament with her car a couple days ago (Nov. 18, 2024). A plastic cover under her car was broken and scooping wet snow. Something down there was making a lot of noise. It was a definite concern for her (and me too). She called a number of shops in Calgary and Okotoks. Nobody could take her. Understandable because it was almost 6 pm.

Until she called Clancy's. Scott answered. He said he could have a look. She went there and Scott jacked up my daughter's car in the yard, got under it, cut away excess cover material that was causing the problem, dug out all the snow, made sure all was good and sent her on her way.

The noise was gone and she was very relieved as I was also! This all took place at closing time. What a guy! And to top it off, he didn't charge her for it!! It was a significant rescue for my daughter and answer to prayer for me. I couldn't assist because I live in another province. I could only assist by phone. What a rescue! What an act of kindness!

Scott, I thank you for helping my daughter! You are a good man! In life, what goes around, comes around so YOU have a good harvest coming your way! If I am in Okotoks in the future, I'll be stopping in to shake your hand personally!
