“Exceptional experience at Horton Auto Body & Paint. I had the pleasure of working with Brendon to resolve a water leak in the trunk of my 2013 Honda Civic. His customer service was second to none, demonstrating a level of honesty, professionalism, and dedication that is rare in the industry. The quality of the work was excellent, and the issue was resolved properly. Highly recommend this shop for any auto body needs!”

“A few months ago, someone backed into my vehicle, damaging both the front and rear passenger doors. As you can imagine, I was quite upset. My friends at Auto Experts recommended DENT to me, so I went to see them. George took a look at my Vehicle and assured me they could have it looking like new in no time at all. A few days later I returned to pick up my vehicle. I couldn't believe what I saw! In no time they had it looking like new! In addition to the body work, they had detailed my vehicle inside and out! Oh, and on top of that, they gave a discount to the driver that hit me as they were a new driver!”

“Very quick and easy to get an estimate, I did a walk in and had a quote within 20 minutes. I went through insurance for a collision claim, they handled everything directly with my insurance company. Their communication updates on my car while they were working on it for 2 weeks was great. They handled the rental vehicle and even drove it back to enterprise for me when I picked up my car. The work on my car looks great! The colour match is perfect.”

“We recently had paint protection film applied to two of our vehicles by kimbros, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The finished result looks fantastic — clean, seamless, and exactly what we hoped for. Kimbros were efficient and delivered right on the timeline they promised. Their aftercare was outstanding as well, and we were 100% satisfied with the entire process. Highly recommend!”

“My car was badly damaged in a hail storm this year and Dented was recommended to me for the repair and I couldn’t be happier with the job. Lana went above and beyond to help me, liaising with the dealership to move the car back and forth, and kept in touch me through out the whole process. The workmanship is fantastic, and they even detailed my car, which was a nice unexpected touch. Thank you Lana and team!!”

“The team at Maranello provided exceptional service and did outstanding work on my vehicle. I had several people in the car industry recommend them, saying it's the only place they would take their own cars and now I understand why. They made communication with the insurance company quick and easy, and you can really tell they are family owned and treat their clients like family. I would absolutely recommend Maranello for any autobody needs.”

“I was involved in a minor accident with my wifes' vehicle. After some frustrating searching for a body shop that quote frankly was starting to annoy me, I was lucky enough to locate Auto Complete via Facebook. They had excellent ratings/reviews on line, so I called up and spoke to Donna in reception and booked the appointment for an estimate. It was even better that they are located 4 minutes away from my work. When I arrived for the appointment, I was a little surprised. It was a small shop in the back bay of the main building. I try not to judge anything by mere appearance, and this was the business with a high on-line rating. I parked and went in, and I was greeted by Donna. The one thing that I noticed was when I arrived was that all the employees I saw were smiling and happy. That to me is the signs of a well-run business. Donna was able to get Enver out right away to perform the visual on the damage - A TRUE APPOINTMENT!! I could immediately tell Enver knew his stuff. He was able to explain everything to me, and I was on my way. I received the estimate in short order. The way I was treated left me with a feeling that my business, no matter how small, was important to them. The repair was finished, and they did an absolutely awesome job! If the quality of the body work done to our vehicle is any indication of the quality of all the work performed here, then this is truly a diamond in the rough. Save yourself some time and grief, and bring your vehicle here. Rest assured that I'll be for my future non-warrantee vehicle needs!!”

“David Khong sets the bar for what good customer service actually looks like. From the first interaction, he’s attentive without being pushy. I had a complicated issue with an order that wasn’t even his fault, and instead of passing me around or giving canned responses, he took ownership right away. He listened, explained exactly what was happening in plain English, and followed up twice to make sure everything was resolved. What stands out most is how calm and patient he stays, even when things get frustrating. No robotic script, just genuine care and clear communication. He doesn’t just solve the problem, he makes you feel like your time and concerns actually matter. If every company had a David Khong on their team, customer service wouldn’t have such a bad reputation. Five stars, and I’d request him again in a heartbeat.”

“I’ve taken my last 3 vehicles here for service. I trust their professional opinion and most definitely their work. My vehicles tend to be modified with upgraded parts, and most shops (and definitely dealerships) don’t have the awareness these guys do. Have a build in mind or need repairs? Go talk to Phil and Dimitri.”

“My insurance chose this location for my vehicle's repair after an unfortunate hit & run incident, and I was very impressed with their level of service. They made what was a hassle of a task (no thanks to the inept driver that hit my vehicle, though the cost was covered thanks to camera footage) into an easy, seamless process from dropoff to pickup including my rental vehicle. Their level of communication for repair status updates, and the quality of the work done was top notch! I really appreciated that they took the time to do some detailing as well! I would highly recommend choosing them. CarSTARS, indeed!!”

“Sheldon and his team did an excellent job on my wife’s vehicle repair. they took the time to understand where the problem may have been and worked with us on potential solutions and made us a part of coming up with said solution. Not many businesses do that these days. We are incredibly grateful for their honesty and hard work and would 100% go to them again if we had a similar issue”

“Bryan and his team were all great. When I booked my wheel alignment the front office man, Josh, was friendly, professional and accommodating. I had an unexpected issue with a linkage that they took care of while I waited. And they even price-matched against a competitor. My Kia SUV's alignment was perfect--stayed in the middle of the lane--best it's felt in years. Highly recommend these guys!!”

“I was rear-ended and decided to stop by Dilawri for an estimate. From the moment I walked in, Trish at the front counter was absolutely amazing. She was so warm and welcoming that I honestly felt like I had known her my whole life. She immediately got Cody to look at my vehicle, and between the two of them, they made sure I understood everything about the process. They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making a stressful situation easier for me. I left with my estimate in hand and a repair date. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Trish was just as amazing as she was from the start. I can't remember the last time I felt so good walking into a business. My vehicle looks amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the repairs and the entire experience. Dilawri is extremely lucky to have Trish and Cody and I hope they get recognized for it because they deserve to be. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care are exactly what this world needs more of. Thank you to everyone who worked on my vehicle. I absolutely love it. Trish, you are truly outstanding!”
