“This is for Natalie, from the Okotoks branch, who went above and beyond to help with my purchase. I was looking for a Fedora hat for purchase but was unable to make a drive from Calgary. I called up the store to check if they even have the Fedora hats I was looking for. She not only told me the different color options they had but also quickly sent me a photo of each color options. They had an option in the color 'Clay' which I didn't see online on their website. She asked her team member Sydney to add this option online for me to make a purchase. When I shared the concerned about ordering a $100 hat without testing the size (as it's a final purchase, which btw she gently reminded me of) she shared a photo of the adjustable strings inside the hat. I have never worked with a store associate who has been so helpful, generous and kind. She could have easily disregarded any of my concerns and not bothered to send any photos other than confirming that they had fedoras I was looking for. When I asked her 'how may I return this favour', all she said was a 'Thank you'. She truly made a sale and built trust. Thank you Natalie. You really made my experience one of a kind, removed all doubts I had and I can't wait to wear my fedora once I receive it in the mail from your store.”

“I just went and bought 3 new bras from Verna, and it was an amazing experience. It's a cute little shop in the back of the hair salon. Verna takes the time to get to know her customers and teaches you about how bras should properly fit. Prices are good, and the styles are so cute!
