“My wife and I went to the Okotoks store tonight, and even though the store was closing in 30 minutes, we were patiently welcomed in by a salesperson who took their time to help us.
The experience was great. We were presented with multiple options of pillows, with clear explanations about their differences. He even went in the system to lookup the last bed we bought to match the experience of using the pillow in our actual bed in the store.
We were very happy with the service and we ended up buying two Tempur-pedic pillows, which we found very comfortable.
I want to thank the sleep expert for the attention, whose name I unfortunately forgot, but the initials on the receipt show GSI.”
