Initially I went in and was advised with incorrect information via the teller. I came back, had the same teller and had a short conversation explaining that the teller was misinformed and I didn't need all the information she stated. After that the teller was super rude, unnecessary.

I went in to give my proof of enrolment, and Elaine Whelahan was so helpful and had such a bright genuine smile! And was happy to help too! So nice meeting kind assistance when you’re new to banking independently:)

Scotiabank is the absolute WORST financial institution in Canada by far. I have had nothing but problems with them.
