“Steph the manager of the Okotoks store went well beyond the call of duty today. I saw the sign that said they closed at 5pm (now 5:35) and the door was open. I walked in and asked if they were closed? She said yes but a customer was still shopping. Then she asked if she could help me. Surprised I said yes and did my online order return. The reason for my 5 stars is during the entire process Steph was cheerful and pleasant even though she was 35min beyond her closing time and still needed to go through her closing procedures. Not that I intend to make a habit of staying beyond a stores closing time but kudos to Steph!!!!! I will shop at this store everytime.”
