“Echo was the 4th store my daughter and I went to and, hands down, Echo was the best place for graduation dresses. Not only were the dresses more beautiful than any other store we went to, but Diba and Sovad were so knowledgeable about design and fit. My daughter had a very specific idea of what she wanted and Diba and Sovad found it for her!!! After trying on at least 20 dresses at 3 other stores, she said yes to the dress from Echo thanks to these two ladies. Can’t wait to work with the 2 of you again when my other daughter graduates in 2 years. Thank you again Diba and Sovad, you two are wonderful”

The staff are super helpful and really fun. They have helped me numerous times when I’ve been in the store, making sure that I have the best fit for the best look.”

“I was looking for a specific shirt for an upcoming vacation that I saw in another store that didn't have my size. It wasn't on Adorn's website so I assumed they didn't have it, but one of the staff asked me about it and checked their inventory. She discovered they recently received it, but it hadn't been unpacked yet. She went through over 10 boxes just to find it for me so I would have it in time for my trip. I don't think most people would have gone to that much effort and it truly made my day! Can't beat their customer service :)”

As my husband and I are both about to graduate from university, renting was the most practical option for us, and I ended up with a dress that was absolutely beautiful. I received so many compliments on it throughout the day and truly felt amazing wearing it. However, after the wedding, I quickly inspected the dress and noticed that it had been damaged during the event. Thankfully, when I reached out right away, Karolina was incredibly kind, understanding, and fair. She handled the situation with so much grace and professionalism, which I really appreciated. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. From my very first fitting, Karolina was a pleasure to work with and made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I would highly recommend renting from Karolina to anyone looking for a beautiful dress and exceptional service. If I ever need a gown for another special event, she will be my first choice!”

“This place is incredible! Since gaining weight it's been so hard to find clothes I like, especially in thrift shops. I spent less than $200 and got three dresses, two skirts, a pair of pants and a bunch of tops and sweaters, every one unique, well-fitting, and high quality. I literally broke down crying in the dressing room as I tried on one item after another that looked great on me. Highly recommended.”

I went to another prom store prior and the lady was very pushy and it didnt feel exciting for me but when I went to Prom Forever as my second appointment of the day trying to find my wedding dress my experience was PHENOMENAL. When I tell you the lady was one of the best humans ive ever met I say it wholeheartedly. She laughed with us, gave suggestions, created a vision I never even thought of. “I took my 16yo son to the Volcom Market Mall location today and we had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Mitch. Being in retail myself, I 100% appreciate someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and truly enjoys what they do. Mitch is in his element and was incredible at helping us pull a new wardrobe full of clothes. At one point my son said that Volcom needs to pay him more because he literally loved every piece Mitch brought him. Towards the end of our shop, Mitch was multi-tasking helping another customer and answering the phone. He made it look effortless and still managed to continue to help us. Thank you so much Mitch!!!”

We were greeted immediately, asked what I was looking for and Alicia just went to town grabbing dresses that might fit the bill. I did nothing 😂 Her colleague also assisted, they checked in the back for more options, helped me zip up when required and gave honest opinions. I ended up buying 2 dresses and I love them both. Amazing experience and I highly recommend for dress shopping. I’m will be returning for other items like work clothes and vacation clothes. Excellent all around!”
