Today i was assisted in getting a faulty product replaced - Staff member (YK who u are thanks my friend) made it sooo easy and was very friendly.
I want to give 5 stars but its hard to do so when bigway literally across the street sells quite a few of the same products noticeably cheaper.
Also you won't find a single item on sale, literally ever :(
Regardless always grateful to have a well operated convenience and gas location in town.”

“We unexpectedly arrived in Onoway due to a tire issue, and luckily stumbled upon a UFA where they had an air compressor.
Despite it being just a few seconds before closing time, the attendant Shannon Janssen was more than willing to assist us. With a friendly attitude and a great smile Shannon not only helped us with the air , also gave us advice on local diners to eat at, a restroom break in a that was very clean, and snacks & drinks for the rest of our trip without hesitation.
The exceptional customer service we received is a rare find nowadays, especially at the end of the day.
We were so grateful for Shannon's help and the positive experience we had at UFA in Onoway!”
