“I just had a great experience here; came in to buy a TV and the salesman William Johnson help me locate a model that was better then the one I wanted for similar price. He then saved me some money on the wall mount. I asked about a sound bar, and given the location (bedroom) and price range I wanted for it he said he'd take my money, but suggests I hold off on the sound bar as I would not get better performance than what the tv provided.
Any salesman that suggest I save my money will get my future business! 5 stars! Thanks William!”

“Now that I'm older, I find the bigger stores harder to shop in; nothing is where I expect it to be. I was looking for an accessory for my mobile phone. Google said it was available at a few stores in Red Deer. I went to another store first. I couldn't find it. I then went to London Drugs and walked immediately to the correct department. Within two minutes, an associate came over and told me where to find it, walked me over to it, and later, rang up my purchase. In and out in 10 minutes. London Drugs has great personnel. Thank you.”

In the process he cancelled our previous plans too. Being seniors phones and plans can be very overwhelming but like I said he was patient and helpful.
