“They are pretty good and kind here all though when it comes to having my fiance's medication ready on time it's not often.. not trying to be rude I understand it gets busy but when an important order for someone you'd think you would fill the day before and have it ready first thing in the morning for those people who needs there meds first thing or else he starts to go in withdrawal from the pain meds and that isn't pretty :(”

This pharmacy is really good at explaining things to me they work with me on bad mental health days and are still full of compassion seriously a top notch pharmacy ?? This pharmacy has been so above and beyond helpful ? I do not think I would go anywhere else after my experience here! 10/10 I switched my pharmacy a year ago in October *best decision ever*.”

“Amazing pharmacists, they go above and beyond to tell you directions and any complications to look out for (usually a standard but I’ve had terrible experiences at other places). Been with them for years now. I take a medication they don’t have on standby; it gets ordered and stocked within a day if I call ahead. Never plan to change pharmacies, I go out of my way to deal with prescriptions with them. Only gave 4 stars because their phones are always busy or don’t get answered. Still, would recommend to anyone who enjoys dealing with great people!”

“The parmacist [Kuya] Roland and his staff provide beyond excellent and exceptional service. They pay close attention to details of the prescription and catch what's wrong with it if there's any, especially if it would affect your current condition and they communicate it to your doctor, thus they check your PB, and take the time to ask to see what's going on about your health and provide their expert opinion with regard to your meds if needed. They would prepare your medication for pick-up and they'd deliver if you can't come to the pharmacy. They're more than 100% very caring, friendly and professional. My wife and I have been to many pharmacies within and outside Alberta and this is our favourite. Highly recommended pharmacy in town.”

Pharmacist knew the efficacy of a name brand was higher than the generic and I might prefer the name brand and proactively asked and outlined what the cost of the name brand was, and what I was likely to pay.
They are knowledgeable and good, my prescriptions come quickly.
Surprised by the negative reviews. Was not my experience at all.”
