“I have been reviewing comments and reviews on this South Pointe Mall and the Clearview Mall CIBC branches. Just saying ….. my wife and I have been customers at CIBC for about 50 years, since the main branch was downtown Ross St. and Gaetz Ave. Over the years we have dealt with and conducted business with some great people. However, those have moved on but there are still good ones left at this particular branch. We have gotten along really well with two or three senior staff and we have expressed our appreciation for their service to us, so they would know who we are in this review. One is a Senior Teller ( Financial Services Advisor) and the other is a Front Desk Services Manager, a Gentleman and a great guy. Over the years CIBC older customers have learned to really appreciate this Manager. We are now Seniors and has observed that a lot of seniors still like to do the old
fashioned banking and visit a bit with their favourite person. Well, maybe these commercial banks need to create a “Dedicated Seniors Customer Line” - after all, seniors have a lot of money in local banks and still trust their banks ?. Thanks for the opportunity to comment, I must now make a trip to my bank and talk to a Teller (Financial Services Advisor).”

Ever since Farida Momenzada has taken over as Branch Manager/Mutual Fund Repersentative any issue that's come up is resolved swiftly and with a smile I was honestly considering switching banks but after the service I've received the last couple visits to this branch there is no need. with everyone surpassing my expectations I felt the need to write this review. Thank you to everyone at this branch for doing everything that they can to help and still taking pride in customer service!”
