“I had ordered a pair of shies online, and when they came,they were too small. I brought them into The Shoe Company, and the staff helped me with my return without problem. They didn't have my size in-store but called around to the other stores and found me a pair. I gave them only a four star rating because when they did the return, they kept the GST for whatever reason, and i found that odd....”
“I came here with recently diagnosed orthopedic issues. I could see Amanda, the sales clerk, had alot going on in the store today, but she remained very calm, quick and professional despite having to multi task as she assisted me. As a long time nurse who has worked with and for alot of people I was very impressed with her, she really knew what she was doing and was very knowledgeable. The footwear I bought here today because of her guidance is one of the most comfortable I've ever worn. She never made me feel rushed pressured or judged as I tried on several pairs of footwear. You simply can't put a price tag on that kind of service. Thanks so much Amanda!”

Western attite is not my typical style but I'm thankful the girl on staff was patient enough to help me find some clothes that fit and look great! Love these Wrangler jeans and Ariat boots.
Purchased some shirts as well but found another one I liked better at the lammles across town which was also great to shop at! When a return was requested foe the shirts I didn't need, the same staff member was able to seamless provide a refund which gives me confidence in shopping here again in the future!”

Id go so far as to say they are just as professional as the staff in there Edmonton and Calgary locations. These guys walk through the reward of foot care and explain the benifits of custom made and fitted Orthotics, customer service is superb! Not only do they make you feel comfortable and informed of placement and usage, proper fitting and wear of your orthodics is just as important hear to. They can also help with more than just “foot” pain Rest asured as the comfortable atmosphere relaxed and flexible scheduling of free foot exams, fittng appointments, check-up & follow ups too. I say take it, the free foot exam at Advantage Orthotics! I know i will.”

“Have had consistently excellent customer service here. Recently, I had a zipper tag break on a pair of 2-month old Joseph Seibel boots (very unusual for that level of quality). Went in to Quarks with the boots and receipt to see if there was anything they could do for me, and they replaced my boots with a new pair of the same. Every time I have been in the store, the staff has always friendly and helpful.”
