The Shoe Company offers lots of styles and sizes in a well laid out store. Reviews note the staff are very helpful and great, often going above and beyond, with several employees offering to help and greeting customers. Service is generally described as impressive, with smooth and quick returns and staff willing to call other stores to find items. However, some experiences are mixed, with occasional comments that product selection can fall flat or be limited, and rare instances where service during a search for an item seemed insufficient.
Amazing selection of shoes. What made my experience even better was the customer service. The female working at checkout was one of the nicest people I have encountered. My interaction with her was genuine and she radiated the best energy.
Thank you shoewarehouse for an amazing experience!

The shoe store options are very limited in Red Deer. I was shocked with how many cute affordable shoes they had and the service was great. Great for wedding season or if you are a bride.
