I went to chinook mall in search of something high demand and was told it's impossible. I went to cross iron and they ordered it with no issues! Team there is super friendly, recognizes me when I come in, easy to chat with, very helpful with advice about clothes/sizes etc. Overall very good customer service and products

“My family visited Warehouse One in Crossiron as our next stop after a bad experience at a different clothing store. Upon entering Warehouse One, we were greeted immediately by a very enthusiastic employee and were immediately shown to the type of clothing we had come to find. All of the staff were great, but Shane especially made us feel welcome and taken care of. We went from having a bad day due to the previous store to having an overall good time at the mall, and a lot of that was due to the staff's great attitudes and the store's accessible layout making our visit easy and enjoyable.”

“I’ve had such a great experience at this store. I’ve only been there twice but the first time my daughter and I found some super cute cloths and shoes and we are very happy with them!The second time was to bring back a pair of shoes where the zipper had pulled away from the shoe and resulted in breaking completely off the shoe. I took them back in and they exchanged them for a new pair! My daughter loves these shoes so I was happy that they exchanged them no questions since it was a merchandise malfunction! Such great costumer service! We’d definitely shop there again! This was the Urbankids at Cross Iron mall, Alberta.”
“Crossiron Mills location has well trained staff and nice smiles. I had an exchange not only handled beautifully by management and the sales associate who processed it. Andrea not only took care of it but as my size was not in stock she had it shipped to my home. Excellent fast services. Up to minute trends, great sales, honest caring people and ahead of the times. This store was a bull moose during Covid over masks and hands but they dropped them with the provincial health laws too. Kudos ?”

“As soon as I entered the store, everyone was smiling and greeting us. It was such a nice experience, I witnessed all the staff smiling while helping all their customers, even though there was a line up all staff did not fail to show how teamwork is during busy times , they would also greet you before and after entering the store. I will for sure come back to this location to shop as they made my shopping experience fantastic. We bought so many things, and honestly, the manager, Braelyn, was fantastic! She is an amazing manager and knows how run a store! Fantastic team and manager! 100% Recommend this location for all your Urban Planet needs!”
