“My family visited Warehouse One in Crossiron as our next stop after a bad experience at a different clothing store. Upon entering Warehouse One, we were greeted immediately by a very enthusiastic employee and were immediately shown to the type of clothing we had come to find. All of the staff were great, but Shane especially made us feel welcome and taken care of. We went from having a bad day due to the previous store to having an overall good time at the mall, and a lot of that was due to the staff's great attitudes and the store's accessible layout making our visit easy and enjoyable.”

“I had the most incredible service at this location! I’ve never been disappointed at any location, but this particular employee went above and beyond! I believe her name is Marie and she was management of some sort and she put aside what she was doing to help style me as I haven’t bought new jeans in forever. I needed to find the right fit for me and my body and a cute top to go with them and she found the perfect fit for me! I’ve had so many compliments on my jeans that I literally have had two girlfriends go in and try on the same pair! Thank you so much!!”

“Attended Cross Mill Mall location on Sunday, October 26, 2025. The service was excellent. Multiple associates helped me and went above and beyond to find sizes/colours/fit and steam a blazer for me. The associates were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I believe my main girl was Harpreet (?). But all associates (4 in total) were so helpful. I used to shop at Dynamite many years ago before the quality of the merchandise deteriorated. It appears that some of the quality is coming back. The fit is a bit awkward on some of the merchandise – seemingly focused on crop/short-tops and small busts – but I was impressed with the quality/shape of their blazers and silk button shirts (you’ll have to size up). Disappointed that the only sizes left on many items were XS and S - when everyone in the store was looking for M or L. Yes, ordering online is an option – but this isn’t a solution. I would have purchased much more if it was available in store. Regardless, the service was incredible.”

“I’ve had such a great experience at this store. I’ve only been there twice but the first time my daughter and I found some super cute cloths and shoes and we are very happy with them!The second time was to bring back a pair of shoes where the zipper had pulled away from the shoe and resulted in breaking completely off the shoe. I took them back in and they exchanged them for a new pair! My daughter loves these shoes so I was happy that they exchanged them no questions since it was a merchandise malfunction! Such great costumer service! We’d definitely shop there again! This was the Urbankids at Cross Iron mall, Alberta.”
