“I live in BC so I have ordered many items online and the shipping is always extremely fast, often I get a shipping notification within a couple hours of making an order. Recently I received a shirt with a small defect, I emailed them a photo and they sent a replacement right away and a return slip for the damaged one. The replacement arrived just a few days after, so I didn’t have to wait long to wear it. The customer service is impeccable!”

She took the time to understand what I was looking for, suggested great options without being pushy, and made the whole experience enjoyable. “Recent experience regarding this store. I would like to take a moment to inform you that I visited with my friends, and I must say that this store has a vast collection of clothing, and I particularly love HomeSense. However, this store is in dire need of additional cashiers. I found myself in the checkout line for approximately 10 minutes due to the store's busyness. This location truly requires more staff at the cash registers, as I observed an abundance of employees on the sales floor but a lack of cashiers. I would also like to take a moment to commend the cashier who assisted me, Anura, who was exceptional. She apologized for the long line and worked as quickly as possible to reduce the wait time. My friend and I were contemplating that since this location is situated within CrossIron Mall, the absence of cashiers is quite concerning. I would also advise that anyone planning to visit this store should be prepared to wait in line. Anura, thank you for your outstanding customer service and for providing your assistance in an efficient manner. I look forward to shopping here in the future, but I must be prepared to allocate extra time for my visit to this store.”

“Ardene is a great place to shop if you’re looking for trendy and affordable fashion items. During my visit last weekend, I was impressed with the variety of leggings, belts, and shoes available. The leggings are super comfy and come in so many different colors and patterns. The belt selection had everything from simple, classic styles to more eye-catching pieces. As for the shoes, they had a good range of options, from casual sneakers to dressier boots. The prices were really reasonable, which made it easy to pick up a few different items without breaking the bank. The store was well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Overall, Ardene is a fantastic option for anyone wanting to update their wardrobe with stylish and budget-friendly pieces. I’m really happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend checking them out!”

“Attended Cross Mill Mall location on Sunday, October 26, 2025. The service was excellent. Multiple associates helped me and went above and beyond to find sizes/colours/fit and steam a blazer for me. The associates were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I believe my main girl was Harpreet (?). But all associates (4 in total) were so helpful. I used to shop at Dynamite many years ago before the quality of the merchandise deteriorated. It appears that some of the quality is coming back. The fit is a bit awkward on some of the merchandise – seemingly focused on crop/short-tops and small busts – but I was impressed with the quality/shape of their blazers and silk button shirts (you’ll have to size up). Disappointed that the only sizes left on many items were XS and S - when everyone in the store was looking for M or L. Yes, ordering online is an option – but this isn’t a solution. I would have purchased much more if it was available in store. Regardless, the service was incredible.”

“Urban Planet at CrossIron Mills always seems to have some pretty good deals, especially if you’re looking for their products at a more affordable price. There’s usually a good selection, and the discounts make it worth checking out whenever I’m at the mall. The main downside is the organization of the store. I don’t really blame the staff because I understand that they can get extremely busy, especially during sales and peak shopping times. However, there have been quite a few times when I’ve walked in and found clothes scattered everywhere and the store looking very messy. It can be a bit overwhelming and honestly makes me less interested in browsing or shopping around. Hopefully, with a little more time or staff available to maintain the displays during busy periods, the shopping experience could be much better.”
