One lady was so rude to my mom about figure and I think she is Margaret. Please watch your words when you talk to old age customers.But I would like to share my greatest experience from last 2 visit, Reema was helping me out for my mom and my mother in law’s outfit collection for our Son’s first birthday party. “Crossiron Mills location has well trained staff and nice smiles. I had an exchange not only handled beautifully by management and the sales associate who processed it. Andrea not only took care of it but as my size was not in stock she had it shipped to my home. Excellent fast services. Up to minute trends, great sales, honest caring people and ahead of the times. This store was a bull moose during Covid over masks and hands but they dropped them with the provincial health laws too. Kudos ?”

He was by far the most helpful and KINDEST employee, while his other 2 employees continued their side conversations instead of helping customers. What I dislike about the experience, was the lady with short hair. She was an older Filipina , and she was just rude to me and my wife. For a better experience for other people, I suggest being more kind to the customers and actually prioritizing them instead of having little side conversations. Thank you Justin!”

“As soon as I entered this store location at Crossiron Mills everyone was smiling and greeting me merry christmas and happy new year , It was such a nice experience that all staff would greet you before the new years , I witnessed all the staff smiling while helping all their customers, even though there was a line up all staff did not fail to show how teamwork is during busy times , they would also greet you before and after entering the store. I will for sure comeback to this location to shop as they made my shopping experience fantastic, Keep up the good work all staff of this location.”
“I ordered a pair of jeans for my niece for Xmas they came in two days, the zipper was stuck, I phoned underground clothing they told me too take a picture of it, before I got back too phoning them they sent another pair in the mail, I hadn't even sent the other ones back yet, this was the best service I got in a longtime. The staff was amazing I can't say enough about this company. The absolute best service and such nice clothing, thanks again for all the great service”
