“Dereck at Oakley Vault was very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. He was not overbearing though available when needed. This store is by far my favorite Oakley store in/around calgary. I enjoy that it also has a clearance section to choose from, unlike others.”
“I recently purchased a suit from Tip Top online, but the pants arrived in the wrong size. I went into the store and was assisted by Darla and Sinaan, and honestly, it was the best service I’ve ever received. Not only did they make the exchange effortless, but they also had my pants tailored and ready to go in just 30 minutes at no extra cost!
I’ve shopped at plenty of high-end suit shops where the service was significantly worse. Darla and Sinaan are incredibly knowledgeable and actually care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next suit.”
