“I have had extensive dealings with this branch and, generally speaking, the customer service representatives are consistently polite, professional, and friendly. In particular, Sebastian, the Investment Representative, is outstanding! His professionalism and knowledge made me feel confident and comfortable, and he would be well-suited as Branch Manager. While I am pleased with the overall service and staff at this branch, I must note that the female Branch Manager did not meet expectations during my visits. She appeared disinterested and disengaged, and I haven't seen her at the branch recently.”

Abraham Peter, the Financial Advisor, was especially friendly and helpful — highly recommend him for anyone opening a new account. Everyone was welcoming, and the branch is clean and well-organized. The drive-through ATM is also very convenient.
