The bank has great experience with efficient friendly staff. The manager and gentleman went above beyond to squeeze a customer in today. Customer have two business accounts and takes the time to build relationships and is amazing, easy, extremely knowledgeable in the small business realm. The welcoming group of people in Sherwood Park. Thank you. Also the staff really could not ask for a more welcoming experience.

    I was a little apprehensive about attending this location due to previous reviews but I am so happy to have attended this location. I was assisted by Marion and she was an absolute delight. She was friendly, professional, and helped me with everything I needed help with. Keep up the good work :)

    Went to the Londonderry branch and got no help. Came to the baseline sherwood park and victor and lady he was working with (sorry did not get her name). Went above and beyond and got our situation figured out. Thank you again.
