He explained to us about the product and allowed us time to try it out. No pressure whatsoever.
We said we were going to look elsewhere, which we did. We ended up coming back to purchase 2 Toppers.
We recommend Mattress Mattress as they are knowledgeable , friendly staff and gave us a good deal.
It will be our first place to go, if we require another mattress.”

“?????My husband and I were so impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, and exceptional customer service from Cory and the whole team at the Sherwood Park location. We have had many many different beds over the years and have NEVER (in our almost 60 years!)had the quality of sleep with no soreness or aches or pressure points. And the high quality cotton sheets we special ordered...WOW...I didn't know sheets could be that comfortable and they actually breathe as cotton should. Excellent quality and we will be ordering a second set for ourselves for Christmas.? We spend 1/3 of every day in our beds and quality of sleep impacts us more than we know. And let's be honest just like anything else ....you get what you pay for so we are so glad we saved up for this bed. ? We went with British hand made Harrison Spinks bed and topper with all natural products such as wool, hemp and flax (from their own farm which we love supporting ?) This bed has been an excellent Investment in our overall health and is the sole reason I'm sure my chronic migraines (triggered by strong perfume smells and chemicals) I had every morning when I woke up are gone. We only wish we would have done this sooner because this bed will outlive us for sure. We are so glad we made the decision to let go of other things in our life so we could afford this really incredible bed. We actually look forward to bedtime now-haha. ? “We had an outstanding experience with Vaughn at Sleep Country in Sherwood Park. We went in as we were very overdue for a new mattress. After showing us around & finding our perfect fit. We purchased two Tempur-Pedic mattresses with adjustable bases, plus pillows, a sheet set - honestly, the whole nine yards - and Vaughn was fantastic from start to finish.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly without any pushy sales tactics whatsoever. He listened to what we wanted, made thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
