HomeSense is a popular store known for its great selection of home decor, seasonal items, and kitchen needs. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the store's cleanliness and organization. Many find it to be a go-to place for unique and special items that are not available elsewhere. Shoppers enjoy browsing through a variety of options, including vases, framed pictures, and seasonal decor. While the store often offers good deals and reasonable prices, some customers have experienced issues with temperature control, which has affected their shopping experience. Despite this, HomeSense remains a favorite destination for those looking to explore new arrivals and beautiful home goods, making it a common stop for couples on leisurely weekends.
I've been here numerous times over the last couple months and always a positive interaction. There is a super helpful gentleman who just appears when you need assistance and they have an especially lovely cashier (who is also an accountant!) Great finds too!

Very impressed with the customer service here! My mom bought an ottoman and two gentleman took the time to carefully situate it into her very full vehicle (she had just gone to Costco). They were very patient and helpful. Would recommend this location!
