We went into Staples in Sherwood Park, Alberta to get new phones on Black Friday of all days. I witnessed something that was absolutely pure Magical..
The Manager of the phone department, Curtis, was not only looking after us, but Five (5) other customers at the same time!! Without pen & paper to keep track of all the different phone purchases, plans required, individual wants & needs during this absolute symphony of being on his cell phones with Bell, 2 computer screens, printer churning out ongoing paperwork, customers inputting passcodes, payment receipts generated, SIM cards transferred, all taking place at the correct time required for that customer...
I know this may seem like an over the top review, but one would have to have witnessed this wizardry and because of that Magic this comment is sooo worthy...
You just don't see customers service like that most places..
So hats off to Curtis at Sherwood Park Staples...!!!!!!!!!
I have never written a review in my life and probably never do it again, I hope this is how one does it and it finds its way to his Store Manager for a positive outcome for Curtis...!!!! Thank you...”
